About Payaso915
Payaso915 is the stage name of Fabian Primera, an independent Chicano rap artist and songwriter born and raised in El Paso, Texas. The “915” is the Chuco’s area code — and it’s in every bar he writes.
Rooted in the Ysleta Lower Valley, his sound blends the music he grew up on — oldies and doo-wop, Mexican music, and West Coast rap — into songs about barrio life, love, loss, and staying firme through all of it. It’s a sound that has carried him from El Paso blocks to millions of streams and views, with a loyal audience that’s been riding with him for years.
Independent from day one, he founded his own label, Pura Lumbre Music, to release his music his way and put on for the artists coming up around him. No middlemen, no shortcuts — just El Paso, told by somebody from El Paso.
